Schedule a Pickup
For mattresses and large furniture, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the item directly from your home.
Pack Smaller Items
For pillows, sheets, and smaller accessories, simply print the prepaid shipping label provided and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is picked up or received at our warehouse, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
